Link to Specific Video Not Working

Postby wayne34567 on Fri Aug 12, 2011 6:00 pm

When I link to a specific video, as described at http://www.playerdiy.com/support/tutorial/play-video-in-new-page.html, setting pauseAtFirstFrame to false makes the video not play correctly (audio is choppy). Also, the Play/Pause button doesn't work. Everything works as it should if I set pauseAtFirstFrame to true.

The code I'm using is below. Can you tell me how to correct this?

Code: Select all
so.addParam('flashvars','playerOpts=playItem*#URL.vid#*i||pauseAtFirstFrame*false*b');

Thanks for your reply. I sent you the URL via private message last week. I just want to make sure you got that message.

Thanks again for your help.

We have a new problem now: Sometimes when you watch a video the audio has static and sounds like it is playing faster than it should. This happens sometimes when you first go to the page and click play on the first video that is loaded in the player.

These issues are urgent so we would appreciate a fast reply.

Hello,

What's the format of your flash video?
Please convert it to FLV format and then try again.
