General Terms and Conditions

1. This activity by PlayerDIY Software ("PlayerDIY") commences on 06 April 2010 00:00am China time and ends on 31 May 2010, 12:59pm China time (the "Activity Deadline").

2. This activity only applies to PlayerDIY Web Player users (both free and registered versions are acceptable).

3. It's allowed to quit the activity voluntarily, however, you have to let us know by email in advance. The decision of PlayerDIY shall be final in case of any dispute.

4. This activity offer can not combine with other activity offers at PlayerDIY Web Player in the time period. In case of any dispute, the decision of PlayerDIY shall be final.

5. Once the player is submitted, that represent you accept all the related terms and conditions. PlayerDIY will not cater any further claim or adjustment via other discount or saving activities powered by PlayerDIY or its partners, prior to or after the launch of this campaign.

6. PlayerDIY in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify the rules and terms or cancel this activity from time to time and without prior notice. PlayerDIY is not responsible for submission requests received after the activity deadline as a consequence of email or internet service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads.

7. The decision of PlayerDIY on all matters or queries concerning the activity shall be final.

8. PlayerDIY reserves the right to change these Rules and Regulations from time to time in our discretion without notice.
